Helping users get the most out of their foodie adventures, while aiding SMB restaurant individuality

Overview

CONTEXT

Summer 2018 I worked as part of the Uber Eats Team. My Project and Role as a Product Operation Intern was very similar to Product Management and involved cross-collaboration and engagement across multiple teams. At Uber Eats I worked on conducting research, interviewing stakeholders, and collaborating with Central Operations, Account/Product Management, Restaurant Partnerships, Engineering & Design teams (specifically UX/UI designers).

My project goal surrounded creating and synthesizing content for Uber Eats latest Summer launch expansions in new regional districts. I collaborated on UX/UI features of the restaurant menu viewing platform & customization layouts, through cultivating engagement strategy, and software product feedback from A/B + UX testing on tablet/browser usability + restaurant representation & feel on the platform.

The revamp of a select few feature of the customization layouts and the menu platform was published along with the Uber logo revamp in September of 2018.

Please keep in mind that due to NDA, I cannot disclose the details of my project. If you would like to know more about this project, feel free to reach out to me at

  2. Do not be afraid to ask for help! Have courage. There is never an excuse to give up or put yourself down when there are numerous individuals ready to guide and help you learn.

  3. Bounce back quickly after setbacks, schedules/deadlines/team-goals are ever-changing schedules/deadlines/team-goals so it is important to be adjusting.

  4. Always remain positive and see the good in every situation, no matter how difficult! Happiness is contagious.
